Odella Market is currently only shipping to a few countries internationally. In the future we hope to ship to all countries. The charge for this service is $30 and we are not responsible for any additional custom fees.
At this time, we are offering all standard shipping for FREE. Anything needing to be expedited will be a $10 shipping fee. If you need something within 2 days or over-nighted, please email us at LourdesGodwin@OdellaMarket.com and we will do our best to get it to you when you need it.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or deliverable address.
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please message us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
